Non Performers have Landings .

Performers good in Productivity;
Non Performers have Promises .

Performers good in Speed;
Non Performers have Excuses .

Performers see the Grains;
Non Performers see the Pain.

Performers see the Potential;
Non Performers see the Past.

Performers make it Happen;
Non Performers Let it Happen.

Performers see Possibilities;
Non Performers see Problems.

Performers makes Commitments;
Non Performers makes Promises.

Performers are a part of the Team;
Non Performers are apart from the Team.

Performers  always has a Programme;
Non Performers always has an Excuse.

Performers  says "Let me do it for You";
Non Performers says "That is not my Job".

Performers say "I must do Something New";
Non Performers say "Something must be done".

Performers  is always a part of the Answer;
Non Performers are  always a part of the Problem.

Performers  sees an answer for every Problem;
Non Performers sees a Problem for every Answer.

Performers believe in Win / Win;
Non Performers believe for them to win, Someone has to lose.

Performers  says "It may be Difficult but it is Possible";
Non Performers says "It may be Possible but it is too Difficult".

Performers  makes a mistake. he says "I was wrong";
Non Performers makes a mistake, She says "It wasn't my fault". ... »
